Elizabeth Patton – Clinical Psychologist
Dr Liz Patton is a Clinical Psychologist with clinical experience in rehabilitation services working with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, neurological conditions, relationship issues and chronic pain.
Liz addresses the relationship between physical and emotional health with a personalised and treatment approach that may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness. She is also trained in other evidence-based therapies and will recommend these to you as appropriate.
Liz's qualifications include a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and she holds membership with the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), the college of Clinical Psychologists (MCCLP) and the Association for Contextual and Behavioral Sciences.
Liz is the National Convenor for the Australian Psychological Society - Accetance and Commitment Therapy Interest Group. Liz has a young family and in her leisure time she enjoys gemmology, yoga, cooking and travel.
